I will charge a fee of between £199 for a standard remortgage, £299 for a standard residential or buy to let purchase and £399 for complex cases (including adverse credit and debt consolidation). The fee will be confirmed at initial consultation for transparency and allows you to factor this cost into your budget from the offset. The fee is payable on application. You will not receive a refund if your mortgage or loan does not go ahead.
